This drink is known as a Brain Haemorrhage Half fill a glass with Peach schnapps, layer some Baileys Irish cream on top then layer Blue Curacao onto the Baileys. Finally drip Grenadine from a height to pull the Baileys down through the schnapps causing it to curdle et viola, a small violin.....

  1. That looks...well, horrific. :D But tasty. Sweeter than I usually take my shots.

    1. It isn't all that tasty, it has a hard lump of curdled Baileys which takes a lot of effort to swallow.

  2. I drink these! Well, without the Blue Curaco. We always called them Hemorrhaging Brains. I can never get the Bailey's to curdle correctly, though.

  3. The trick is to drip the Grenadine from a height, one drip at a time until it drags the Baileys through the schnapps. VBile things.

  4. If you like coke floats...Tres Leche liquor with coke. Curdles, is thick and creamy, looks hideous. Tastes just like a coke float. :D
